I just bought a book that has really inspired me. It's called "Flipping Properties" and it's by William Bronchick and Robert Dahlstrom. It's a really good overview of the whole mechanics of real estate transactions and how to make money on flipping properties using this knowledge.

I'm currently reading "Rich Dad, Poor Dad" by Robert T. Kiyosaki. It is definitely a good book that educates you on money, assets, liabilities and the true meaning of wealth. I definitely recommend it.
